1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms of Service govern your use of cavoriqo.com and purchases made through our store.

Throughout these Terms, “Cavoriqo,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Jinan Panyi Information Technology Co., Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing our website or purchasing our products.

Our store offers furniture and home accessories, including storage cabinets, tables, stools, night lights, and related household products. Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the commerce platform used to offer our products and services.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of the terms applicable to purchases. Our Privacy Notice separately explains how we handle personal information.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when ordering, creating an account, or contacting us.

If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You must not use another person’s account or payment information without authorization.

3. Product Information

We aim to present accurate product descriptions, dimensions, materials, prices, and images.

Product colors may appear different depending on lighting, screen settings, and display equipment. Any stated measurement tolerances or natural material variations will be described in the relevant listing. Such variations do not excuse a product that materially differs from its description.

Before purchasing furniture, please review the dimensions, intended use, assembly requirements, and delivery information. Check that the item fits its intended location and can pass through relevant access points.

Accessories or decorative objects shown in photographs are included only when the product description expressly identifies them as part of the purchase.

4. Prices, Currency, and Taxes

Prices and shipping charges are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) unless expressly indicated otherwise.

The applicable product price, discounts, shipping charges, and any taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout before payment.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. Such changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order.

Any promotional conditions, eligibility requirements, or expiry dates will be stated with the relevant offer.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Acceptance occurs when we send a shipment confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We may decline an order for a legitimate reason, including product unavailability, unsuccessful payment, an unsupported delivery address, or a reasonable concern about fraud or unauthorized activity.

If we cannot fulfill an order after payment has been collected, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the canceled items, including associated shipping charges that no longer apply.

We will not substitute a materially different product or increase the price of an existing order without your agreement.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders may be subject to payment verification and security checks. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify a transaction.

Payment processing is subject to the relevant provider’s terms and privacy practices. Please do not send full payment card details or security codes by email.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship only to the United States, subject to delivery availability for the address and products ordered.

Shipping methods, charges, and any available delivery estimates are presented before purchase. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly provide a delivery guarantee.

If a delay affects the shipping estimate provided for your order, we will communicate updated information and any available cancellation or refund options.

A carrier’s delivery scan does not automatically resolve a missing-delivery claim. Please contact us if your shipment cannot be located so we can investigate.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

We will check whether the request can be accommodated. Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.

If cancellation is confirmed before shipment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and associated shipping charges that no longer apply.

If the order has shipped, you may request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 180 calendar days from the date you receive your order. For separately delivered items, the period is calculated from each item’s delivery date.

We provide free return shipping for eligible, authorized returns and do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Before sending merchandise, contact service@cavoriqo.com for return authorization, shipping instructions, and the designated return address.

The company address listed above is not an authorized return address unless our customer service team specifically confirms otherwise.

Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility, exclusions, return procedures, refund timing, and the treatment of original shipping charges. Nothing in these Terms reduces the protections provided by that policy or applicable law.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs where reasonably available. We will review the matter and explain the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund.

You will not be responsible for required return shipping arising from our error or an item that arrived damaged or defective.

Requests to report problems promptly do not shorten the stated return period or remove applicable consumer rights.

11. Assembly, Installation, and Safe Use

Follow the product’s supplied assembly, installation, care, and safety instructions.

Use furniture on suitable surfaces and within any stated weight limits. Install supplied anti-tip devices where instructed. Do not modify electrical products or use them contrary to their stated specifications.

Assembly, installation, room-of-choice delivery, and removal services are included only where expressly stated before purchase.

If instructions or required components are missing, contact us before continuing assembly or use. Stop using any product that appears unsafe.

These responsibilities do not excuse a defect, an inaccurate description, or a failure by us to provide necessary instructions or components.

12. Acceptable Website Use

You must not:

Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Submit false information or impersonate another person.
Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
Introduce malicious software or interfere with website security or operation.
Collect other users’ personal information without authorization.
Infringe intellectual property or other legal rights.
Send abusive, threatening, or unlawful content.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect our systems and users. Such restrictions do not remove obligations relating to valid existing orders, refunds, or consumer rights.

13. Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials are owned by us or used with permission from their respective owners.

You may access and use the website for personal shopping purposes. Except as permitted by law or authorized by the rights holder, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected website content.

Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

If you submit a review, photograph, or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to share it and that it does not unlawfully disclose another person’s information.

Private customer service messages and photographs sent to investigate an order issue are not automatically treated as permission for promotional publication.

Reviews should reflect actual experiences. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, or fraudulent content, but will not remove a review solely because it expresses a negative opinion.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may provide access to third-party payment services, tracking tools, or external websites.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Please review them where relevant.

Our use of third-party providers does not remove our responsibilities to you concerning your purchase or rights under applicable law.

16. Errors and Corrections

If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and explain the available options. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.

If we cannot fulfill the order as agreed, you may cancel the affected purchase and receive a refund of the applicable amount paid.

We aim to maintain a functional website, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. This provision concerns website availability and does not exclude obligations relating to purchased products, accepted orders, refunds, or applicable statutory protections.

Each party remains responsible for losses for which it is legally liable.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by your misuse of a product, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow appropriate safety instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms waives applicable product warranties, consumer remedies, or other mandatory legal protections.

19. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Events such as severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruptions, or government restrictions may affect performance.

If such an event affects your order, we will take reasonable steps to communicate the impact and discuss available options. These events do not automatically remove your rights to cancellation, refund, or other remedies available under applicable law.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, where our operating company is based.

If you are a consumer in the United States, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the laws of your place of residence.

Please contact us first if a dispute arises so we can attempt to resolve it. This request does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or seeking a remedy through a competent court or authority.

Any court proceedings remain subject to applicable jurisdiction rules and mandatory consumer rights.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively. An existing purchase remains subject to the terms provided when the order was placed unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise.

Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
